Directions:

From Lima: Take Route 309 West to Route 30 West.  Exit on Fifth St. in Delphos and turn left.  We are located across from St. Rita’s ambulatory care center, on the left side of the road.

From Van Wert: Take Route 30 East to Fifth St. in Delphos and turn right.  We are located across from St. Rita’s ambulatory care center, on the left side of the road.

From the North:  Take Route 66 South to Route 30 East.  Exit at Fifth St. in Delphos, and turn right on Fifth St.  We are located across from St. Rita’s ambulatory care center, on the right side of the road.

From the South: Take Route 66 North into Delphos, and follow Route 66 to Fifth Street.  Turn Right on Fifth Street.  We are located across from St. Rita’s ambulatory care center, on the right side of the road.
